One of the most refreshing whites in the wine world, sauvignon blanc showcases a myriad of styles depending on the region. Intensely aromatic, it often features citrus flavours like lime, grapefruit, and lemon, along with 'green' fruit flavours such as gooseberry, pear, and green apple.
