Single Malt Whisky
There is no escaping the global dominance Scotland has with Single Malt Whisky. It rules the roost, and using only malted barley, is synonymous with whiskies from a single distillery. While this category is dominated by the Scots, I am pleased to share that there are a few international examples which beg comparison.
