Sodas, Lemonades, and Mixers

This is a broad category… and an unusual one for the owner of a fine wine store to be judging with no wine and no alcohol, right? As judges, we are tasked to assess balance and flavours, and this beverage category is growing fast, so it is great to see what products are available - or coming.
